Fee Schedule

* Projects vary by type & size: The follwoing types of projects will require a design contract and will generally be handled as described below:

Full Service Projects:

For complete home furnishing projects (or projects greater than $20,000) you will want to commission us to prepare an overall design proposal. This can be done for a retainer fee of $1500.  Each proposal will include a line by line detail of the proposed work with pricing, furniture layouts where needed, furniture & fabric selections accompanied by swatches & a full color picture presentation.

If you accept the proposal the retainer is instantly credited back to your account and will be applied toward your purchases.  All design time will be included from that point forward!

Out of Town Clients:

Presentations will be emailable for clients not located full time in Steamboat and fabric swatches and other samples will be sent via FedEx for long distance designing projects.

Remodel Projects:

If you are looking to remodel, paint, create a new kitchen, new bathroom, re-tile something or re-carpet somehwere, we can help. Our 20% Design Fee, insures that you have unlimited design time. We can work with you on the scope of the remodel you would like to do, or give suggestions and ideas for you to consider. 

The 20% fee includes supervision and coordination of all labor crews involved. 

We also take care of the paperwork and the headaches. We collect all the invoices, keep track of costs to stay on budget, deal with shipping or freight errors, process any returns or damages if necessary.
