This modern new build project is located in the beautiful Agate Creek Preserve across the valley floor from Steamboat Ski Resort.

The home owners, located in Austin, TX brought on Rumor Designs remotely to assist with a variety of design selections. Rumor specified all finish materials in the main living space including flooring, tile, wall covering, and lighting. Once completed, Rumor was trusted to furnish the space with complimentary seating arrangements for each area on the main floor.

The custom designed kitchen features a large pantry area, buffet space, wine fridge and dispenser, plus a retractable knife rack.
